Who runs Adwall

Adwall is an early-stage startup based in Dublin, Ireland. Full company details will be published soon.

How the wall works

You pay once, from $25, in USDC. Your tile’s share of a wall is your share of what the ads on that wall have paid, and each payment fades in a straight line over 30 days, after which it leaves the wall. You can top up at any time. Payments are not refunded. Every ad is shown on Adwall’s main wall, on the category walls it chose, and on partner sites that show those walls.

The rules for ads

Nothing adult, no gambling, no weapons or drugs, no scams or get-rich schemes, nothing hateful or misleading, and the link must go where the ad says. Crypto (memecoins included) and alcohol are allowed, but are never shown to a family audience. We may refuse, pause or remove an ad that breaks these rules, and an ad whose destination changes is paused automatically until it is checked. Every new ad is also read by an AI check, and by a person when it looks doubtful.

Partner sites

A site that shows the wall earns half of what advertisers pay, released over 30 days and split between partner sites by the views they bring, weighted by the visitor’s country. A partner signs up by connecting a Solana wallet and gets a code for each wall they place; the code carries no wallet or personal detail. Views count once per visitor per wall per day, when at least half the wall is on screen for a second, and a visitor is paid for once a day per partner however many of their walls they see. Earnings are paid automatically every day in USDC to the wallet the partner signed up with, less a $1 float that stays in the site’s balance and is paid with the rest over time; the pool pays the network fees. Views from automated browsers and other invalid traffic are not counted, and we may remove a wall or partner that breaks these terms. Sites with adult, gambling or hateful content cannot join. A payout wallet is only ever changed by Adwall, at the partner’s request.

Privacy

Visitors are not tracked and no tracking cookies are set. To count each view once and keep the counts honest we keep, for each view and click, the site, the page on it (its path, never the query string), the day, the country and a salted one-way code made from the network and browser (never the address itself), which cannot be turned back into either. If you advertise, we keep what you put in your ad, your payment record, and one cookie so this browser can manage your ad. If you are a partner, we keep your wallet, your walls and their settings, the sites they were seen on, and any contact details you give us. If you sign in with Google, we keep your Google account’s email address and name, only to know it is you; we never post anything or read anything else from it. Sign-in cookies are strictly necessary and are not used to track you. We do not sell anything about anybody.
